Ocean Soaps is a Punjas subsidiary represented throughout the South Pacific region with a strong presence in New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Kiribati and the Solomon Islands.
Since its establishment in 1967, the company has grown to unprecedented levels for a manufacturing soap-based provider. The original factory at Namoli purchases copra from all over Fiji to produce coconut oil for export, as a cooking medium and as an ingredient in soaps. An Italian state-of-the-art Mazzoni production line has been installed at the new Ocean Soaps factory in Navutu. This equipment produces the company’s wide range of laundry and bathing soaps, automated pillow-packed and conventional-packed soaps, as well as its range of bleaches and cleaners.
Revenue from our candle manufacturing activity is diverted to Punjas Charity Trust to undertake community assistance projects.
