Entry in this promotion deems full acceptance of these rules and conditions of entry.

This promotion commences on 01 April 2007 and ends at 5.00pm on Saturday 30 June 2007. No entries will be accepted after this date. Punjas (NZ) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any entries, which are late, misdirected or lost in the post.

This promotion is open to New Zealand residents and only to Pearl Natural Sandalwood Soap purchased in New Zealand during the promotion period.

To enter the competition, clearly write your name, address, email contact and daytime telephone number on the back of a stamped envelope, enclose either an original till receipt showing the purchase during the promotion or a barcode from the pack as proof of purchase and send to Pearl Natural Cruise promotion. PO Box 75052 Manurewa, Auckland.

You may enter as many times as you wish but each entry must be in a separate envelope along with proof of purchase.

The winner of the Pearl Natural Sandalwood Soap competition will be notified by phone. If the winner can not be contacted by Punjas on the telephone number written on the back of the envelope within 7 days of the prize draw, this person is deemed not to have submitted a valid entry, is therefore not eligible for participation in this promotion and a re-draw of the prize will take place from all remaining entries until a winner is found.

The Air Pacific ticket, including taxes and departure taxes will be issued for 2 persons departing from Auckland or Christchurch International Airports to Nadi, Fiji and return flight. The prize does not include travel to and from the Auckland or Christchurch International Airports.

The prize includes transfers in Fiji from Nadi Airport to The Waterfront Hotel (if required) in Lautoka, where an overnight accommodation will be available prior to boarding the Blue Lagoon Vessel . All meals will be available on board the cruise boat. Upon return from the Blue Lagoon Cruise a further night of accommodation at The Waterfront Hotel (if required) will be available with transfers to the Nadi International Airport for a return Air Pacific flight to Auckland or Christchurch International Airport.

The prize does not include any monetary value for personal spending nor personal travel insurances.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash equivalents.

Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the promoter to use the winners details
and identities for promotional and media purposes without compensation to the winner and copyright will be vested in the promoter.

The winning prize trip to Fiji must be completed by 30/11/07 or becomes invalid.

The promoter is Punjas (NZ) Ltd. Employees of Punjas (NZ) Ltd and their agency are
ineligible to enter.

At the conclusion of the promotion, all entries will be destroyed in accordance with the privacy act 1993.

Punjas (NZ) Ltd, Air Pacific and Blue Lagoon Cruises will not be held responsible for any losses, damage or personal injury caused or sustained by the prize winner or winners.
